booking configuration settings not applied

In the booking configuration settings, we set "Min Check-in Date" at 5 days but it does not restrict users from booking same day and next day appointments. How can we get the "Min Check-in Date" setting to function properly?

When you change a order status from pending, a "NEW ORDER" email is sent to the admin and customer. There is not new order so a "new order" email should not be sent. Is there a way to stop email when order status is updated?

When end users are booking an appointment for service, end users always click the "add to cart" button at the top but this button causes error in booking. Is there a way to remove the "add to cart" button here so that the only "add to cart" button is the one on the left?
