Notification email translation

Hi, how can I traslate the notification email received by the secretary and by customers when they book an appointment?

Unfortunately, in current version, OS Services Booking doesn't have feature to translate notification emails. We will consider to add it into component in future.

It is impossible. It should be a file in which we can change english to italian.
From where it take the text?

The content of emails are stored in Database, not in language file. That's the reason we haven't gotten solution to translate it.

Do you understand it is a very big problem?
If we can translate the component, the backend etc... why should we comunicate with our customers in english?
It should be the first thing to translate for people who doesn't understand english.
If we can write in database please say to us which table we can edit. It is a very important feature and we need to speak with our customer in italian.

Hi,
I must make this point clear.
1. You can modify the content of emails in the backend > Manage email templates. The default email content is in English, you can change it to Italian or any languages if you need.
2. But we can't make it multiple languages. It means we can't have 2 language versions for one email content

Dam probably I have not explained well.
I don't need multi language, I need only Italian.
I didn't find the backend panel for email so I asked your help.
It would have been strange not to be able to customize them.
