1. When you book an appointment and go to checkout the appointment disappears leaving an empty cart. If the customer continues the sale not knowing what happened the cart will show $0 and send them an email.

2.When a sale does go through and the customer chooses to cancel the appointment sometimes that appointment won't show that t is available again. It will say occupied.

3. Anyway to send an email to the employee and admin when a customer cancels an appointment?

4. Anyway to make the "How many slots you want to book" an option? This would simplify the checkout process for our customers.

We are in the finally stages of testing this software and this is what we found.

Hi,
We have solved the issue 1,2,3 for you. You can check them.
Regarding to point 4, it's impossible to make the "How many slots you want to book" an option, it's mandatory field in custom time slots services.

Thank you for the cancel notification. But I still have an issue. If you select a time and go through check out then cancel it won't let you get that slot

Hi Bobby,
Have you checked the transaction list in the Order manager from backend. If the transaction is pending, the time slot still is unselected.

They say cancelled. I can choose the same appointment again it just won't go through check out
