Hey Dam,

Since we were not able to make the two additional emai recepients to work I have reverted back to its old ways so that customers can use the system. As you know the code that was use for the additional recipient was pretty much prevent customers from making a reservation.

You mean if we don't add the emails to 2 other users, the booking system work well? Do you want my guy to check the issue for you.

That is correct. Without the additional two email recipients the system works very well.
If your could, they help adjust the calendar to prevent same day booking. If possible adjust calendar so that there is three days advance before the events
