The Joomla ! OS Property developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Property 3.21.2. This is a third release for the 3.21.x series of OS Property with new improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What new in OS Property 3.21.2
- Add ordering option for properties
- Add more market statuses for properties
- Improve CSV Import and Export functions
- Improve Backend layout in Darkmode - Joomla 5
- Improve layouts of component
- Fix Joomla 5 compatible issues
- Removing Grab images function

After installing this the site still reports the version as 3.21.1

Correct. I had same issue and files within the zip, don't seem to be different. Mr.Dam did the update for me, and even though the OSP control panel changed, the Joomla Dashboard says that the component needs an update.

Also the OSP change log shows: 26th February 2023 - New version 3.21.2, instead of 26th February 2024...

Currently, we don't have plan to change photo gallery for properties. All existing gallery are still working well

Although I think the image gallery is so old and we have complains from customers that they cant zoom at images at their mobiles!
The policy you have that its OK its working and we dont want troubles with a new image gallery is not OK at all as you have to improve your software to new stuffs , technology moves on !
The most visits we have at the site is from mobiles !
And the images is the MOST IMPORTANT thing you know , we have to provide a good image gallery with ZOOM !!!
