How to activate theme_black

i can not switch to this theme, i have only default theme Protostar & beeze

Hi Alex,
It seems you didn't read the documentation carefully and you don't understand about OSP Themes. OSP Themes (Theme Default, Black, Blue, Theme1, Theme2, Theme3) are just layouts of OS Property (Properties listing and Property details page). If you go to demo of OS Property: osproperty.ext4joomla.com/ , in submenu of Property Listing layout, you will see properties in different themes.
OSP Themes aren't Joomla templates, you can find OSP Themes at Back-end > OS Property > Manage OSP Themes.
OS Property is Joomla extension, so it doesn't come up with any Joomla template, and it doesn't relate to number Joomla templates you have on your Joomla site.
