Show search form in results

Hello,

After read in this forum that is mandatory to have a menu element with Advanced Search layout to use the Search Module in pages like the home, I realized that when I clic on the Advanced Search menu button Search Form is shown. The option is disabled on the Advanced Search module configuration, and I don't see the Search Form in the other pages.

The menu button where I see the Search Form is the last one called "Buscar Inmuebles".

I mean when you search from the searcher in the list of the results the "Search Form" don't appear as I configured, but when you clic on the button of the last button of the menu "Buscar inmuebles" the "Search Form" appears and I don't know how to disable it.

On this page: new.rovirayjuncosa.com/jupgrade/index.php/busqueda-avanzada-os there is a very long form I don't want to use and I don't know how to disable it.

I tried to disable on Advanced Search Form module options but it didn't work.

Do you mean you want to disable the Search module (on right side) in advanced search page, right?

Hi Marc,
That's the search module - normal Joomla module. And you can unassign it on specific menu items if you want.

I have another issue. The top menu don't show the child elements on the homepage but it does when I'm on a list.

There is only one menu configured in Joomla and I'm showing the same on every page.

The submenus will be shown once you click on main menu of them. For example, if you click on menu Venta ( new.rovirayjuncosa.com/jupgrade/index.php/venta ) and you hover the mouse above that menu, the submenus of Venta will be shown while the submenu of menu Alquiler don't show. But if you click on Alquiler menu, the submenus of that menu will be shown while the submenu of Venta don't show.
