Dear Admin ,

I am new to Joomla,

1) I would like to ask what package components are available in the OSP package selling at $28.86 ?

2) I would like to seek your advise if OSP can customize to the following requirement ? Assuming I am creating 3 types of agent. Following are the example scenarios :
a) Agent type A - can post up to 10 normal listings upon registering for free
b) Agent type B - can post up to 50 normal listings upon registering with a fee of $1
c) Agent type C - can post unlimited feature listings upon registering with a fee of $3

Would you be able to advise ?

Hi Heng,
1) The OSP package ($28.86) includes OS Property component. If you want to have membership feature, you have to purchase OS Membership pro also.
2) You can setup 3 packages as you want. But there are one thing, in each subscription plan, we must enter the valid properties (normal/standard or featured) so with instead of unlimited feature listings, you can enter 999. I think it's ok with you case.

Because I am new to joomla with minimum HTML knowledge.

Upon purchase the OSP package + OS membership pro, will I get support from your team here on how to make the customization ?

Hi Richard,
OS property provides search function, you can search (property type, country, state, city) through Advanced search or Locator search function. Both of 2 search functions can be found when you create new Joomla menu and select the Advanced search layout and Locator search layout.

Thanks for your response. I have been checking your website and notice there are varies extensions. Sorry to bug again .

May I get your advise on following :

1) do you think as for a newbie start, I should take the OS property component or the OS template(comes with the OS component) ?
2) using the OS property template, does it contain a working payment form or do i need to purchase a payment form seperately ?

Hi Richard,
If you are newbia, i think it's had better if you use OS template, because the quickstart version of template contains OS Property extension and you only need to install the quickstart to have Joomla template + OS Property (with all configure, sample data and menus system)
If you purchase template, we will have discount for you if you also need to purchase Payment form extension.

Yes, I am a newbie and interested to find out more especially with the your offer

i want to built a site with 3 different type of agents(as mentioned earlier) + payment modules(pay using credit card). Should the following module sufficient to make my site working ?

1) OS template
2) payment form ext
3) membership pro ext (do i need to buy this as well? you mentioned previously that if need to create different type of agents need this)
