Bootstrap on j2.5

Yes, Joomla 2.5 doesn't have bootstrap library, but from Joomla 3.x, bootstrap is default style css. In OS Property for Joomla 3.x, we do not need to include bootstrap lib, only with Joomla 2.5.
You can post problems with bootstrap in your template here, and we can check together.

maybe this cause the Manage states/provinces publish issue.
its published but the status is red.

The issue you attached in the photo is the css style table-striped, it's the table layout in backend of Joomla 3.x

i m using com_osproperty.j2.5.5_j3.x so its bootstrapped.

anyway to disable that or any workaround? it affect many area esp in admin site and in the frontend edit.

take a look at the "ordering" css . its corrupted.

i think the best way to identify the issue is install a j2.5 and osp above version to test it out.

OK, in next version of OS Property, the issue with css in the list table in J2.5.x will be solved.

Its for to wait for next version if it does not interfere frontend issue. but unfortunately it does.
