SOLVED -You do not have permission to go to this was created by sti
Hi , im having the same issue as below

i am the admin, cant edit, cant add property. etc


You do not have permission to go to this area



please advice how to trouble shoot. thanks

Even you are administrator, if you are not agent, you still can't add properties.

i think the issue might be that i imported my old database here.
what could i do to solve this problem?

admin an d agent to have same name or id etc?

No, in the agents management, you can create new agent, and assign user admin for that agent. And the from frontend, that agent can add properties.

Something is not right. i counter check with my old site. all agent, company, user field same.

do u think i should double check the database and change the id?

do i need to edit all property when i delete and add new agent?

but osp version is

Hi,
You need to check and compare 2 tables
#__osrs_agents and #__osrs_users
And if they are the same, and you still can't add properties in the frontend, please go to configuration page, tab Agents, and check the option Allow agents add properties.

This works but admin cant add property , ? only agents?
