Comments not visible for Public

Public cannot see Comments at all for properties.
Only Registered users, after login can see the tab and able to add.
How can I have the comments tab (and able to add) visible to Public?

You need to approve the comments in the backend, and then, the comments will be shown in the frontend.

I don't see comments tab if I am not logged in.
Yes, AFTER I log in I can see it and I can add comments which will not be published until I have approved them on the back-end, that's right.
What I would expect is that a user which looks at the property to see the comments and if he rented the property before to be able to add a comment (which I will see it in the back-end and approve it in order to be seen on the website).
I don't think every user should register in order to to see and add comments.

It means you can't add comment for the property even you logged in before? If yes, please send your site information with super user account, ftp account to me so i can check the problem for you.

I cannot add comments at all.
I want public (without login) to be able to add, not possible now.
Previously, I was able to add if I am logged in, not possible now.
