Hi Daniela,
You just need to create menu to layout: "Property listing layout", and then, the sef links to property details pages will use alias of that menu to replace "component/osproperty"

Hi,
You need to have one menu to layout: Property Listing layout, and you are able to keep the links to categories layout if you want.
