Download Property Document - link incorrect

Hi

I have uploaded a pdf for a property and it is stored in /media/com_osproperty/document/1544884984_Floor_plan.pdf
but in front end download it is looking in /components/com_osproperty/document/1544884984_Floor_plan.pdf

How can I fix this.
I'm using OS Property Version 3.14.5,

Hi Mick,
It seems you are using duplicated theme of existing theme of OS Property, right? Because from OS Property 3.14.5, the documents folder was changed to Joomla media folder.
We already updated themes of OS Property with new documents folder path. But in case you are using duplicated theme, you may have this error.
You can submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you.

It seems even in the backend the url is gives a 404 : prntscr.com/ly0k9n
So its not relative to the theme we are using in front .
So any update on this issue?

Go to root/components/com_osproperty/templates/yourtemplate/details.html.tpl.php

find any entries with

components/com_osproperty/document/

and change to

media/com_osproperty/document/

Move any remaining documents from root/components/com_osproperty/document to root/media/com_ospropert/document

After these changes it will work.

This issue will be fixed in next OS Property version
