Hi - On the front end 'Manage Subscriptions' page, if I click the 'Export' button I get an error page saying...
  • Class 'ZipArchive' not found - /administrator/components/com_osmembership/libraries/vendor/box/spout/src/Spout/Writer/Common/Creator/InternalEntityFactory.php (50)
Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!
I recently updated to the latest version of Membership Pro 3.1.2 and I am running Joomla 4.2.2

Actually, it depends on your server configuration. Look like for original PHP version, you do not have ZIP library enabled www.php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php and it causes the error. In case someone has same error, just contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable zip library for your hosting account and the error will be gone

Tuan

You're welcome. Just want to add that it depends on the payment plugins you are using to receive payment, you might want to follow instructions at membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/gettin...bership-pro-on-php-8 to install the updated payment processing library

Thanks.. after doing that, I'm left with Omnipay and the new Omnipay 3 as installed and enabled extensions... is that OK or should I now disable the original Omnipay extension?
