After update error was created by Nicky Telles
Hi Tuan 

After updating Joomla 4 I have come across this error when going to Subscription Plans and trying to edit the text. I took a full back up of my site.

See attached? Any idea what I need to do here?

Hello Nicky

There was a small backward incompatible change in Joomla 4.2 and it causes the error. Please update your site to latest version 3.1.2 of Membership Pro and the error will be gone

Hi Tuan

it shows Membership Pro is up to date already but do I do it manually - I am a bit anxious about doing that am I able to submit a ticket for your team do fix this error?

I checked our system and see that customers were able to update to this new version, so it should work OK now. Please try again

If it still does not work, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it

For some reasons, on your site, update sites for Events Booking and Membership Pro were disabled. I enabled it and you will see update notification now. Please check it and confirm

Hi Tuan

I can now see the update but when I run it I get this error ..

Error connecting to the server: 403

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_dm...ckage&document_id=56 .

Any advice?

The Download ID which you are using were used on a test site before. So please go to joomdonation.com/download-ids.html , generate a new Download ID and enter it into Download ID config option of Membership and Events Booking, then try to update again. It will work well
