Including a custom field in emails

Including a custom field in emails was created by intouchweb
If I add a custom checkbox field in the renewals form that is a fee field and optional
Will this only show in all emails and the invoice OR only if checked?
Do I need to configure the emails and pdf invoice to show this field separately?

Hello

It is still not very clear to me how you expect it to work, so I could not answer this question:

1. For email, if you use [SUBSCRIPTION_DETAIL] tag in the email message, then the field should be included automatically. If it is not checked, the value of that field will just be empty

2. For invoice, the field won't be included. You have to include that field manually to invoice, using the syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]
