Check "Subscription Payment Form Message" in Translation in Emails & Messages. The layout is broken.

Maybe something special on your site. It looks fine here for me, tried both JCE and Tiny MCE editor

The class name is "js-editor-none" only for the section where the layout is broken. If you set this to "controls" like the others, the layout will be fixed.

I think the problem is why the class name is "js-editor-none" in only one place.

We use controls class in the div, so maybe that was changed by the editor somehow.

Hmm. I don't understand about that class issue. If you are talking about the class in the div tag of Editor setting, then we still use controls class there

I initially thought that the "controls" class was replaced by "js-editor-none". However, the cause is that the <div class = "controls"> before the <div class = "js-editor-none"> is missing.
Please look carefully at the attached image.

Just realized that you are talking about Translation tab on multilingual website. And Indeed, I see a problem with the code

Could you get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator/components/com_osmembership/view/message/tmpl folder to see if it works?
