I have a free plan which only can be update to a paid plan. To test I made it a period of 1 week.
Recurring subscription is NO. (it is free, you may not recur, only update)
First reminder is 6 days before subscription expired. Second is 4 days before and third 1 day after.
To test the reminder mail settings, I have made 1 new member (with my e-mail address). Membership period is 1 week, within 8 days there must be send 3 reminder mails. But it did not work!
Membership Pro Reminder plugin is activated. The admin received a mail with the details of the new member (with name and mailaddress!). The new member also gets an e-mail with his details (so his e-mailaddress works)
After the 8 days period I checked if Membership Pro has send reminder mails. No mails to member and no mails to admin.
What I saw in Membership Pro (subscriptions) was no mailadres filled in in the member email adress field?! (is it deleted?)
In Subscribers the mailaddress is OK and also in Joomla-users.
Reminder Emails Information is all green (YES):
First Reminder Sent? sent at 21-03-2020 00:21:46
Second Reminder Sent? sent at 23-03-2020 00:29:30
Third Reminder Sent? sent at 28-03-2020 01:29:42
But I did not get any mails (also checked the spam-folder) Emails logging is on but it is empty, it has not send any reminder mails.
The status of the membership is EXPIRED
I do not know what is going wrong.
Today I have renewed the subscription for 1 week to test again.
