Manual renewal by administrator - Invoice creation and subscription status

Hi Tuan,

we are using Membership Pro 2.17.2.

Our customers pay in advance via bank transfer, so we only use offline payment. The subscriptions are non recurring.

Some customers ask us for renewing their subscriptions. When an administrator is renewing a subscription manually, currently no invoice is created and the subscription's status is set to "active" and not to "pending" as it is done, if the customers do it for themselves. I guess it's a feature.

Would it be possible to insert options (maybe in the configuration of a plan) to enable invoices and to set a specific status when a subscription is renewed manually by an administrator?

Hi Karsten

At the moment, it's not possible. But we will consider adding that setting in the future

For now, you can access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, press New button in the toolbar to create a new subscription record for that users with Pending status and it should work fine (don't use Renew Subscription button in the toolbar)
