Mirko - buyers don’t have to register with PayPal to make a credit card payment through PayPal.
Just thought I’d add how I set up the extra offline payments in case it’s useful to someone.
We don’t want to encourage cash and cheque, but some people will keep doing it, so I didn’t want these to appear on the website. The solution is to publish them, but remove them from the payment methods allowed in the plan.
So now we can manually mark subscriptions as paid by cash or cheque, but not show that option on the website.
