Custom Field Not Displaying When It Should or Should Not with Multiple Plans was created by AdinaG
Hi Guys
I'm going to try to explain this the best way I can as I myself am confused...
I have several different plans that will each activate different access user groups.
Some of these plans are free and used for general site users.
The others are paid plans, mainly for business owners and such.
For those paid plans, I have added a custom field for " TAX ID "
I have mapped the field to a Joomla custom field and everything thing saves fine.
I also have my settings to show and edit on the profile page.
I want this field to display on the plan subscription page as well as the user profile ONLY if they have a plan that it is used in.
What I'm seeing is that if the user is subscribed to multiple plans it will not display on the profile page after they have subscribed.
In order to get it to display on the profile page, it has to be set to " All Plans " , in which case it will now display all profiles, including the ones that do not have paying plan.
There needs to be some sort of check on the profile page that if the user has multiple plans and only one plan is chosen for the custom field that it should show for the plan if the user has it...
Does that make sense?
Thanks!
Adina

Hi Adina
Unfortunately, it's hard to handle something like that. At the moment, we will only show custom fields which are assigned to all subscription plans on user profile page
For other custom fields which are assigned to individual subscription plans, we only show it on subscription page of that plan
