Disable Auto Acitvate User was created by charles
I would like to approve my members requests, after their payment has been received or place into my account. But Membership Pro Auto Activate options creates an a problem that could give a user access to my system before they pay and I would like to make sure a person can not access anything on my site until my Team and I approve their request for membership...
It has been a while since I played around with Membership Pro. And before I dig into it I would like to know if there is a easier way to get the effect I need...
right now my software removes the pending from an account once the payment has been received and then place a person in a Joomla Group. So if a person changes their mind at paypal or uses a stolen charge card they will not be able to gain access to my site. But instant access only leads to instant problems.
Thanks

Hello
You can access to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, set
New User Account Activation parameter to Administrator. By doing that, administrator must approve account manually and it should solve your concern
