Trial period

Hi Tuan,
Is there anyway of stopping a user signing up for a plan with a trial period, cancelling their subscription at the end of the trial period and then signing up for the same plan again. Hence staying on a free trial period.

At the moment, we don't have a way to do that. However, it is something I will address it in future release (maybe 2.11.1). Give me sometime to work on it (Guess less than 4 weeks from now)

I am sorry, I forgot to work on this one in version 2.12.0, so I will work on it in 2.12.1. Added it to my todo list so that I won't forgot about it

In the next one or two weeks, I will have to focus working on my other extensions Events Booking to finish some improvements, then I can come back to work on this one. Hopefully I will have it ready in 3 weeks
