Hi Kate
We don't really have a way to do that at the moment. When you create a menu item to display members list, you can choose subscription status. For example, if in that menu item, you only want to display active members, then choose Active in Subscription status parameter
If you do so, for any members you want to hide from that list, edit the subscription record, change status from Active to Pending (or Expired)
If that option doesn't work, then I am afraid of we don't have a way to handle it at the moment
Regards,
Tuan

Hi
Thank you for your reply.
This did not work.
Would you be able to provide us with some bespoke changes
- We need to be able to give new members an "opt out" option so their details are not shown on the front end of the site
- We also need to insert an automatic avatar when they fill out the application form and and have not add their image to the image field
- When the customer adds their website to the form, can this populate with the hyperlink to enable this to show on the front end?
If you could get back to me with costings for this that would be great.
Thank you.

Hi Kate
1. The option #1 will cost you 40$
2. The option #3 should work out of the box if data contains full link (for example www.joomdonation.com instead of just www.joomdonation.com )
3. Option #2, you mean you want some kind of default avatar will be used if subscribers don't upload avatar for their account?

I had the same requirement to not share data if they opted out. I did this with a Membership Pro custom field then use Fabrik to build all my own reports which obey the opt out for all but our membership management team. It is quite labour intensive so $40 for the work by Tuan is great value.

Hi Kate
Your last comment a bit confusing to me. So what's the answer for my question #3? If you want to have default avatar, exactly where you want this default avatar being displayed?

Hi
Sorry, a standard avatar is to be displayed if the new member does not upload an image of themselves on the application form.
Please see the form attached.

Hi Kate
That should be easy modification. You can send us the link to the page so that we can confirm, this one could be a free modification

Hi
These are the two pages that have application forms for membership, one annual and one monthly.
makingmumpreneurs.com/component/osmember...y/sign-up?Itemid=182
makingmumpreneurs.com/component/osmember...y/sign-up?Itemid=182
We need to give them both the option to opt out of being displayed on the front end.
I have slo attached the avatar we would like added if the applicant does not upload their own image.
