I guess it happens because one of the child group of that group has the permission set to Denied (for example, Registered group)

Don't set it to Denied. Set it just to Inherited and it should work OK

Great. Thanks for confirming

BTW, I just saw the review you wrote for the extension. Honestly, I think the rating and review for Support is not really fair

Not sure why you only rated for support 60 points? Did you have any problem with my support? Even today is Sunday, I still be available to answer for forum questions fast, so not sure why you said in the review Not as good as other aspects of component.

Could you please let me know the reason of that rating?

Your component is great. so I gave 100 of 100 in other parameters but in support ?
60 is because of your responses and I'm really graceful for that
But I considered 40 for responding to user requirements. (new features)

Let me give you an example :

I don't know you have experience or familiar with "stack-idea" or not but they really accept suggestions. many of my issues implemented in updates (in Komento & Easy-Discuss). it motivate me to continue using of their components.
But in this component I need to replace some files (after each update) and it waste my time.

That's the reason of my review.

Hi mostafa

Actually, I do listen to customers suggestion and implement it into our product. Actually, that's one of the key to the success of our extensions

However, please understand that we cannot implement every thing which customers suggest. In your suggestion (the module), as I mentioned, that module should have access level set to Registered only and if you do that, it will work as expected

And in case still want to have it works as how you want, please just put that file into the modified module and re-install that module when you update the extension. It should be OK

I must be honest that I don't agree with that rating for support. I don't think there are many developers available to answer support requests even during the weekend, so I'm sad and disappointed with that rating :(

Hi again

Do you have any other files which need to be updated manually? Just want to point out that if you have to modify any other files in the component, it is very likely that it can be implemented as override so that it won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/develo...stomization-override

For the module, It modified the code a bit to handle your case. Please try to install this updated module, in case users is not logged in or don't have an active subscription, there will be a text like You don't have any active subscription displayed

You can go to Membership Pro -> Translation, find the language item OSM_NO_ACTIVE_SUBSCRIPTIONS and change it to meet your need

Hope it will be OK. If so, I can include this change in core package so that you don't have to re-install it each time you update Membership Pro

Regards,

Tuan

Exactly what kind of filter you need? In the current version 2.9.0, It is not supported yet. But in the new version 2.10.0 which I am working on, it might be possible

Maybe send me a screenshot explain exactly what you want so that I can confirm whether it is possible

Really? :cheer:

You know member-list already has a search box but my customer wants that list be filtered by a custom field like a combo-box that he created before (in back-end).

So I decide to set values in menu (like the attachment) and after that filter query of memberlist.
(I don't know which file should be edited yet exactly)

This is the scenario!
