Stripe Recurring Payments Not Being Recorded

Stripe Recurring Payments Not Being Recorded was created by John Willems
I have been using Stripe to process my recurring payments. As of 11.12.2016, Membership Pro is no longer acknowledging receipt of the recurring payment (monthly) being received. That means the customer subscription is being cancelled.
When I look at the Stripe account, the subscribing customers shows a payment being made for the month, an invoice updated and that the WebHook was successful in contacting our site. Again that is not reflected in Membership Pro.
Is there a way for me to troubleshoot the problem so I can isolate and get the issue repaired.
All of this had been working just fine but something has changed.

Hi John
1. Go to Membership Pro -> Stripe, click on os_stripe payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages to Yes
2. Wait for next payment, check the result. If it doesn't work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it

To be more clear, the task #1 above will log stripe call back data, so I can check the log to see why it doesn't work if needed

I have turned on the Log IPN Messages function. It may be a few days before the next renewal. I will calendar that date and see what happens.
For what its worth. Stripe did check their logs and everything is working as it should. As you suggested to me some time back, Stripe support is really quite good. That is more than true.
I see v2.7 is released. Will updating to the current version have any impact on tracking this issue?

Hi John
Just updated the code abit more which should handle subscription renewal for recurring better. So you should download latest version again from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site
Then track the subscription (both new subscription and renewal) and make sure it is working as expected

As an update, I ultimately opened a support ticket. It appears I needed a fully qualified address for my Stripe webhook url. It needed to use this type of format.

(to see the full link you will need to right click on it and choose Copy Link)
I made the changes to Stripe and with Tuan's help was able to get the webhook to successfully test. Keeping a good thought as they say, I am hoping this is the fix to the issue we are having.
Again thanks to Tuan and the support he gives. I am pretty confident I would never have resolved this problem on my own.
