not shows Trial Tax Amount but calculates it was created by Andrea Baldoni

hi, please look the screenshot in attached, not shows tax on field (shows 0,00) but calculate it. is it a bug or i did a mistake?

please look also amounts are not correct because for first month i have
90+
paypal 3.4% + 0.35€ (euro or dollar in paypal fee?)
vat 22%

total must be 113,21 and not 113,88

please look also the issue on count, the right amount is

paypal percentage is 3.4% of € 90.00 = € 3.06
paypal fee is € 0.35
tax percentage is 22% of € 90.00 = € 19.80

total is € 90.00 + € 3.06 + € 0.35 + € 19.80 = € 113.21

hi, now it shows tax amount in field but count is wrong, not 113.88 but 113.21.

i tried also to do a subscription but processing subscription shows an error message.

Hi Andrea

I am sorry for the issues, we tested it but sometime, there are still small issues like that (we and other customers didn't notice about it). Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site.

I will then check it directly on your site, test it myself with your data, make sure it is properly calculated

Also, when you process subscription, what error message do you see ?

hi, error was related to vat field, now is ok because in configuration i changed association of this field to vat. i did bevause also private user can buy my services so they have to write tax code. anyway i sent a ticket with administrator login.

please check about issues on paymente fee calculation
