Sign up leads to blank page

Hi,
I'm using OS Menbership Pro 1.6.7 with Joomla 3.3.6.

Currently I get a blank page, when I klick on "sign-Up".

musikundco.at/index.php/register

It worked already without problems but I guess with upgrade to 1.6.7 it is not working anymore.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

I don't have any clues why it doesn't work. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected ?

it has definitely something to do with the new version 1.6.7. I reinstalled version 1.6.5 and it works fine again.

That's strange. Unless something special on your site, It still works well here for me. I am working on Membership Pro daily (using version 1.6.7) - Infact, I am working on new features for version 1.6.7 and it is still working well here for me

So if you can give me access to your site (or even your test site) so that I can check to see what's wrong, that would be great

I also was having the same issue and just before I opened a ticket I starting thinking it seem like a block. Then I noticed Captcha was enabled in Membership but disabled in Joomla configuration. Once I corrected this the form was working just fine. I hope this helps out others.

Thanks so much for sharing the solution. Yes, I think it will help someones has the same issue. Basically, if you enable Captcha in Configuration of Membership Pro, you will need to enable Captcha in your Joomla core. From my point of view it must have something to do with the new release, as I didn't have the issue with 1.6.5. and captcha is enabled in global configuration as well.

Yes. That's because new version uses Joomla core captcha while old versions use simple captcha script comes with Membership Pro

Anyway, global captcha plugin is enabled and recaptcha is working fine with other components (eg dj-classifieds) but not with osmembership 1.6.7.

The interesting thing is, that not even the debugging mode does work in version 1.6.7
