Signup page problems

Is it still greyed out when the 'terms and conditions' box is checked?

The only thing I can see is that the 'State' field, which is a 'required' field, is not populating. If a user can't make a selection from that, the form wouldn't work. Maybe try disabling the field, that should narrow it down for the developer.

Right that was the other problem I had posted about. I did try disabling it already and it did not allow me to click on the submit button still. You can try that right now (i disabled it).

If I go into the html content though and take the disabled off the button I was allowed to signup, but when I went into the membership plugin it showed that I signed up 3 times.

So theres basically 3 problems. The state dropdown is not being populated, the submit button is disabled, and after submission membership pro is showing 3 signups for one signup.

Probably something for the developer but I did notice one thing .. trying to log in using a dummy username and password takes me to a blank response page with no error message. Make sure your Joomla user configs and plugins are all enabled and configured properly.
