Few questions about Membership Pro

Bought it and started testing. Found few issues/doubts :

1. Activated the Subscriptions Column Layout on a menu and I see the page is broken. See this, d.pr/i/xvOA

2. While making lifetime membership, what to enter on number of days ? I did not enter anything, and it did not allow me to submit the form. So, what to enter ?

3. Offline payment gateway dont show up, even if we activate it.

4. Is there a way to show discounted price ? For example, I want to show , SILVER MEMBERSHIP : 129$ (in strikes) and 99$ as price. Can we do that ?

5. Im using the latest sh404sef.

But I dont see the SEF working for Membership Pro ?

It shows URL like this,

6. Just created a membership and when checking on backend, clicked and downloaded the invoice.

Its a blank PDF. What am I missing ?

7. I made 4 plans, FREE , SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM

Then created a new user group on Joomla Groups Menu too.

But where do I select which plan assigns users to which group ?

I dont see any options ?

I already have entered 100% discount for Group ID 10 in DMS too.

8. I just assigned the group after enabling the group plugin, but still the documents on DMS shows the prices rather than showing 0$ to the logged in SILVER member.

Is there any other kind of settings to be done ?

Now will be posting new issues.

1. Invoice PDF is still blank, after replacing the tcpdf.php file too .

2. The membership ID are showing 0 for all. I have the two options already active in the configuration, MEMBERSHIP ID ENABLE and START NUMBER. Whats wrong ?

How did you solve the lifetime member issue?

Did the SEF for COM_OSMEMBERSHIP ever get acknowledge and/or fixed? I have 1.6.3 and it isn't hidden at all.
