Registration appearing unformatted

Hello,

Great product and pretty close to what we require. Might need some mods

We have an issue with the registration form that is appearing unformatted. From this URL ( joomla.oystercafe.com/aboutus/joinnow ) click on either of the subscribe buttons and you will see what I mean. Do I need to configure anything different?

If you need a username/password let me know and I will set one up for you.

Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, make sure you have atleast one payment plugin published ?

In this case, I think I will need to look at your site to see what's wrong. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it on tomorrow morning ?

I don't have FTP as this is a self hosted server. I will create a username/password shortly. Do you have a preferred username & password?

You can create a user named tuanpn and a random password. Then let me know the password in the support ticket. Please make the account become super administrator so that I can check something on your site (don't post the password on this public forum) .

It seems you haven't submitted a support ticket yet. I just checked our support ticket system and didn't see your ticket. Could you please access to Support Tickets menu item (at the top of this website) to submit a support ticket ?

I just did a quick check and found out the reason. You set the subscription to be a recurring subscription plan but the payment plugin you are using doesn't support recurring subscription and it causes the error. I just set Recurring to No and It works well now.
