By default, when you first access to Events Management screen, the past events are not being displayed so that you can focus on managing upcoming events. To show past events, you will have to click on Filter Options, then change the filter dropdown which says Hide Past Events to Event Filter to have past events displayed
If you want to have Past Events Displayed By default, you can use the attached override. Get the attached file, unzip it, upload the received file to administrator/components/com_eventbooking/model/override folder and it will work as you want
