This module is useful for highlighting important campaigns on the homepage or landing pages. It gives campaigns more visibility and encourages visitors to take action quickly.

JD Slider

JD Slider displays donation campaigns as a modern multi-item carousel.

Instead of showing one large campaign at a time, it can display several campaign cards together. Visitors can browse campaigns by:

d. Smarter Dashboard Display

The Dashboard has been improved to display data in a smarter and more useful way.

e. Hidden Verification Label for Invisible Captcha

The verification step label is now hidden when using hidden captcha methods such as:

• Invisible reCAPTCHA
• reCAPTCHA v3

This keeps the donation form cleaner. Since these captcha types work in the background, showing a visible verification label may confuse users.

This small change improves the user experience by removing unnecessary text from the donation form.


f. Fixed Donation Complete Page Issue

This version fixes an issue where the donation complete page could display information from a previous donor.

After the fix, donors will see the correct confirmation information related to their own donation.


g. Improved Donation Failure Page

The donation failure page has been improved, especially around the Make donation again link.

Example: If a payment fails because of a temporary card issue, the donor can quickly return and try again instead of restarting from the beginning.


h. Hide Empty Tags in Emails

Email templates now handle empty tags better.

If a tag has no data, it will be hidden from the email content instead of being displayed as an empty or confusing value.

This helps outgoing emails look more professional and polished.


i. Fixed Duplicate Email Sending Issue

Joom Donation 7.4 fixes an issue where some emails could be sent multiple times.

The update also adds logging when emails cannot be sent for any reason.

This makes email delivery more reliable and easier to troubleshoot.

For administrators, the new log information is useful when checking why a donor or admin notification email was not delivered.


j. Improved Backend Field Management

Administrators can now turn off the Required status directly from the field management list.

The frontend campaigns grid view now supports 4 columns per row.

Previously, it supported only 2 or 3 columns.
