What’s New in 7.2: Conditional Custom Fields
With
Conditional Custom Fields, you can create custom fields that are
linked together through conditions. In other words, certain fields will only appear when donors choose specific options in another field.
Example use cases:
- Show Company name / Tax ID / Invoice address only when “Donate as a company” is selected
- Show Dedication / In honor of fields only when donors choose a tribute option
- Show extra questions only for a specific campaign or donation type
This makes your donation form:
- Shorter and easier to complete (less clutter on screen)
- More professional and user-friendly (donors see only relevant questions)
- More accurate in data collection (fewer empty/irrelevant fields)
- More flexible (one form can support many scenarios)
