The Joom Donation developer team are proud to announce the release of Joom Donation 5.8.7. This is the eighth release for the 5.8.x series of Joom Donation with new improvement and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.
What's new in Joom Donation 5.8.7
1. Integrate With Joomla! Privacy Consent
With this integration, if someone registers for an event in Joom Donation and accept to Privacy Policy (See
GDPR
), Events Booking will insert a privacy consent record to Joomla so that the users won't have to accept it again on his first login (required by Joomla)
2. Add option to exclude campaigns in Campaigns listing
From this version, when you create new menu to layout: Campaigns List, you can enter Campaign ID(s) that you don't want to show in the listing.
3. Export donors to PDF
We added a button on backend donors management screen to allow exporting donation records into PDF. The export is very basic (only some basic fields could be exported due to the limitation of PDF page size). It is added there to provide a way for you to export data into PDF and can customize the layout file (overridable) to meet your own needed if needed.
4. Fix Stripe Checkout payment gateway issue
We fix the issue relating to Stripe Checkout payment plugin, you can upgrade new version of JD Stripe Checkout also.
