Problem with mail notifications and donors

Hello! i just buy Donation, and have problem:
When i start new Campaign, create form fields all is fine, but all donors that make a donation not showed in donor list! And no process on process bar! And no notifications for my mail~! Im very sad about this, because i need info from they that i ask them to field. So i just know that money go to me via paypal notifications,
Also, when i Create donors by myself - all is fine, i get all notifications and etc!

Second problem is that i cant set up my money on russian rubles. please add it if u can!

The problem might causes by Paypal IPN is disabled in your Paypal account. Could you please login the Paypal account which receives payment, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If there are, what's the status of the message?

Please check it and get back to me so that I can process it further

Yes, i haven't any IPN messages, i not set any IPN in my paypal, i try to find smth information about this but cant. only i see its that i need make changes in my hosting. - is this a problem? I send request to my hosting to add needed certificates as PayPal ask/ Am i need add smth another to paypal?

Also, second problem is currencies.
Im from Russia. and new politics of PayPal is no allow to send dollars from rus members to rus members, only rubles accept.
Russia is big country and could u do smth with this? so i will available accept russian moneys too?
Because of this i can't try you system by sending money to my account to check is system working fine or no)

After long reserch i find IPN settings, what adress i need write in notification url?

i much prefer if we could do smth with this because this system is very useful. i can add you a admin login if nedeed.
also, i ask my host server administration they say that its not problem on they line and they dont really know how they could help me with this problem.
maybe i do smth wrong when setting a paypal?
