Answered ticket does not generate notification email to Administrator

Hi Tuan,When the ticket is created the user registered to manage the ticket category is notified by email.

When the Administrator responds to the ticket, the user who created the ticket is notified by email.

When the user who comments on the ticket, the Administrator is not notified by email.

How to solve?

Note that I have ticked to receive all interaction notifications on the ticket.

That's strange to me. Admin should receive notification when users answer the ticket. Maybe something special on your site causing this error

You can submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account of the site
- Link to submit ticket page
- A user account (if available) which can be used to add comment to ticket and see this error
- Tell me the category which I can submit ticket to and see this error
- Tell me the email which should receive notification

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
