Replying a ticket through email was created by Arbind Bhagat
Does HelpdeskPro support replying to a ticket (as a user) by replying the email message from my email client? I can't find that option.

RSTIckets does have that option. So, I hope, HelpdeskPro could have such feature as well. That is the only thing that HelpdeskPro is missing to become the best ticketing system in the Joomla community.

That is not a supported feature yet but that's something I will try to support it in the future. You are right that it is the missing feature and I should seriously spending time to work on it

Give me sometime (but we might have to wait for 2 months or so) to work on and support that feature

Hi Tuan, 
A - Is thee any hope to see added also a Ceate Ticket / Reply Ticket through WhatsApp ? An example:  www.messagebird.com/
B - Is there a way to create ticket depending on "special words" into object ?

Hello

As of right now, we only support creating ticket via email only. For WhatsApp, we have no plan for it yet and to be honest, no plan for it in the future

Usually, it causes by wrong settings in the plugin parameters. Please submit a support tickets sending us super admin account of your site. We will look at it and guide you further

With prompt assistance from Tuan and our hosting provider our problem has been sorted and it now operates as expected, should prove very useful.
For future reference, the problems were a mistake on our part with the extension setup (a trailing space in the address) and for some reason our server doesn't like a CRON job using the curl command, we ended up using the wget command i.e.
wget -q example.com/index.php?secret_code= your code
which works perfectly.
