How do I stop it?

Can you add the reCAPTCHA to the submitter process like you have on your own?

OK. I will implement Captcha into the system. But It will just be a simple PHP captcha system so that customers don't have to register for a reCaptcha key.

Please give me few days to implement it.

I am sorry for being late. Finally, I have time to work on it and had it implemented into the system. So please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site.

After that, please go to Helpdesk Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Enable Captcha, set it to Yes. After that, captcha feature will be actiavted and you won't get spam anymore

It works almost perfect.... the only issue is when I go to "reload" the code I get the following...
