Admin Mail when registering a new participant

The system does not send any mails to the administrator, although these admin mails are displayed in the mail log.

In short, if email is logged in email logs, then the system already sends email to administrator

If administrator does not receive email, that mean mail server could not deliver email to that target email address for some reasons. In this case, you will need to switch to use a different emails or contact your hosting provider, ask them to check to see why email could not be delivered to that target email address
