Registration Details in email

Why aren't the event dates and time sent in the email to the registrants for the event they registered for? I have the tag "Registration Details" within the email they are supposed to receive, but all they get is the Event name. No times, no dates. This is a MUST to have. Maybe I am missing it, but I don't think so. I was under the impression this was a feature of this product. I really hope this is fixed very fast!

I think I replied you in other forum post. Here it is again :

To have event date and time in the email, you can go to Event Booking -> Configuration, looks at the Themes tab, set Show Event Date config option to Yes . After that, Event Date and Time will be included in the email .
