Hi, where do I have to activate the automatic email message to a registrant if an admin cancels the registration?

Hi Bjoern

The email should be sent without any additional setup. Are you saying that registrant does not receive email when admin cancel his registration? Please note that for group registration, the email will be sent to the billing person (main member), so please make sure email is collected for billing person

Also, go to Events Booking, then Setup -> Emails & Messages, check and makes sure the message items below are configured:

- user_registration_cancel_subject
- user_registration_cancel_message

Optional, the system will also sends email to admin as well. You just need to make sure the two message items below are configured:

- admin_cancel_registration_notification_email_subject
- admin_cancel_registration_notification_email_body
