$300 Min Event cost for between 1-10 and then $30 per person thereafter was created by Robert and Karen
Trying to setup a group event where a Primary person will purchase the event for a minimum of $300 which will allow for between 1-10 attendees. They can however add more than 10 up to a total of 24 which will include an additional $30 per person thereafter all on the same bill.
If group is only 4 people cost $300
If group is only 7 people cost $300
If group is 10 people cost $300
If group is 11 people cost #330
If group is 12 people cost $360
continuing up to 24 places at the event cost $720.
Names and a some details are required for each registrant for insurance purposes.
Assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Robert

Hi Robert
There is no easy way to setup registration rate like that. But you can try to handle it using group registration rate feature, see docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...p-registration-rates
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately that will not solve the problem. Need a base price for the event and they can have anywhere from 1-10 people for that price, then any extras up to the total of 24 at $30 per person.
This allows someone who wants to do it on their own, to pay the $300 for basically 1 on 1 training. or a larger group up to 24 to come in and do it with up to 3 instructors depending on how many attend.
We need to be able to set a base price as it is not worth getting an instructor there for less than $300.
An additional field under the Basic Information Tab, possibly above the Price field:
Min Value Event $300 (Set this field to lock in a minimum cost for the event. If attendee ticket value does not reach this price, customer will have to pay this price. If value larger, they pay ticket price)
Ticket types
Adult $60 Capacity 24
Child $30 Capacity 24
Example Calculation in the back end would be
Adult tickets by 1 = $60
Child tickets by 14 = $420
Total Ticket Value = $480
If Min Value Event > 0 (Min Value Event = $300)
TTV - MVE = $180
Value is positive charge Total Ticket Value
Total Price to pay $480
Adult tickets by 1 = $60
Child tickets by 4 = $120
Total Ticket Value = $180
If Min Value Event > 0 (Min Value Event = $300)
TTV - MVE = --$120
Value is Negative charge Min Value Event
Total Price to pay $300
Then process any other discounts/coupons etc to get Final Price.
Your thoughts on this would be appreciated?
kind regards
Robert

Hi Robert
This is a very special requirement for your use-case, so this is something we won't be able to support for in core package. If you need this feature, you will need to find someone to implement it for you
