Is it possible for registrants to edit their own registration? was created by JC Pruijssers
I would like for registrants to be able to edit their own event registration. This of course till the date set in "Registrant Edit Close Date".
But I don't see any "Edit" button when a registrant has registered for an event. I only see a "Cancel Registration" button.
And when the registration period has ended I don't see any text in the event to indicate that the user is registered for this event. Yes, he has received an email stating that he is registered, but it doesn't show in the events list.
I read something about the Event history list. But that menuitem doesn't work for me. When looking at the code I see that offline payments are excluded in this list. But that is the only payment method that we are using.
Is there someway arount this, so, my users will be able to see and edit their registration?
Greetings,
Rob

Hi Rob
Yes. You should use Registration History menu item type and we will go from there

Yes, but the Registration History menu item stays empty although I have registered for two events.
I only see a drop down menu with the two events I am registered for, but no table with the registration information.
Only the line "No registration records found".
What am I doing wrong?
