Can I move the booking page to a module or the main event page? was created by Eoin Feeney
We are seeing low conversions on our site. And I really don't like the design of the booking page.
What I would like is to have the main event page with all the information on it, and then the booking form at the bottom. That way I could take them through the story and sell to them.
When I'm running ads sometimes I like to direct straight to sale. But without any of the rest of the value on the page it's a hard job.
Is there a way I can combine the two or put the sales page into a module?

Hi Eoin
If you only use individual registration, you can use this plugin docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plug...nt-registration-form
Basically, you can use the syntax {ebregister ID_OF_EVENT} in the description of the event to display registration form of that event below the description of the event
Regards,
Tuan

Sorry I have one question. What I really want is the event booking form to be the current event page. Is there a way to do that? My plan is only to show the form on the event pages, it wouldn't make much sense to have a booking form for a different event.
{ebregister current} or something like that maybe?
I'm trying to make it dynamic to fit with the template I have built.

Did you try to enter the syntax directly in the description of the event as I said?
Or exactly where you want the form to be displayed? You mentioned about make it dynamic, so I do not know where you would add it

The event is a menu item. I would like to add something like {ebregister current} and it will pick up the event from the menu item. Or else I will need to create a new shortcode for each event.
Or from clicking through from the "events" menu, when I click to a specific event, I want to have the contact form on that page, but not to have to make a menu or contact form for each page manually.
For example on this page: londoncomedy.co.uk/comedy-events
Click any event, I want a contact form on each page.
Actually even if I do add the code I get a error 500 in YooTheme.

How did you add the code? Could you please give me more information? This page
londoncomedy.co.uk/comedy-events/london-...avern-chipping-ongar
, seems it is not Event Booking event detail page but a Joomla article ?

I added the code in a text box in YooTheme. Perhaps I will try with a custom module instead.

The page
londoncomedy.co.uk/comedy-events
is an events booking page.

The pages that come off of it, are whatever happens with that. I guess the same as blog > articles.
There is no menu item, so I guess no modules can be assigned to them.
The template is built in YooTheme.

Even if I create a menu item for the event, when I add the code it breaks immediately with an error 500. The only way to fix is to turn the plugin back off again. There's a conflict somewhere.
I can make the link dynamic by using YooTheme as I can create a dynamic element with the event ID and I can also edit the HTML before and after, so I could get it to have the right information but something is causing an issue.
