Costs dependency of age was created by Manuel Tartler
Hi All,
we have various events, where we have individual prices for certain ages (children, teenager, adults,...) I made a custom field e.g. a list where I add plus or minus costs for each year. However, the surcharge or discount is different for each event.
Am I'm the only one facing this problem? is the only solution to have a own custom field for each event or is there a smarter solution?
Kind regards
Manuel

Thanks Tuan,
Haven't seen this plugin before but it's close to what I need. Am I wrong or does it automatically allow group registrations, at least one ticket each?
At the moment I prefer individual registrations to publish person by person. With offline payment I am scared that a group of people will register at the same time, but the bank transfer will be done by each person. So it would be easier to have a full list of persons instead of groups

Hi Manuel
If I understand your question correctly, when you add/edit event, in Ticket Types tab, you can just set Collect Members Information parameter to Yes and you can collect information for each ticket type which users purchased

Tuan

Thanks Tuan and sorry for confusing you. I played around again this morning and found the trick:
Individual registration: disable "Collect Members information", enable "Only Allow Registering For One Ticket Type" and set max. ticket per booking to 1 for each ticket type
group registration: enable "Collect Members information", disable "Only Allow Registering For One Ticket Type" and set max. ticket per booking to min. 1 for each ticket type
This allows us to decide whether we want individual or group registrations, which depends on how we want to manage the group registrations. Functionally it works, but it would be nicer if there was no list field for individual registration for just one ticket, but instead the ticket types functioned as buttons.

Hi Tuan,
That's fine. I'll take as it is and try to use it as best as I can.
One more thing I'm struggling.
I have now ticket types for adults, children and teenagers. They can register individually for a normal price, but there is a discount for families. For example 1 adult and 1 children is cheaper compared to they register individually. I found the discounts for ticket types but as I understood I can't combine it with different ticket types.
Do you have an idea for a workaround?

Sorry Manuel
We do not have a way to allow giving discount if someone purchases different ticket types as you wantt

Is there a chance to use fee formula, to count the number of tickets selected? Or to add a hidden custom field to each member information and count that somehow?
