Custom Fields in members records

Hi
I would like to add custom fields in member records. At this moment I see the the custom fields in billing records only!
Example:
additional to "Firstname" "Last name" I wold like to add field "sex" "birth date" to the member record, especially if I like to register more the one member

Hello Gerhard

That's controlled by Display In setting of custom field. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...-display-in-property for details documentation. So for certain fields, if you want to collect for group members, you can set Display In to one of the following values:

- Group Member Form
- Both Group Member form and Individual Billing Form

Now I have another problem.
Even the data fields are filled you can not see them in the backend in the list. (all are empty) Also you can not see it in the export file...

If you want to see these fields in list, edit that field, set Show On Registrants Management to Yes. Then check to see if it works ?

Do you have that fields assigned to All Events ? Or just some selected events? If you only assign it to certain events, then on Registrants Management screen, you need to select the event which the field assigned to from events filter dropdown to have that field displayed on the list

Yes, I have checked this. I stepped in deeper - on billing records I can see the fieds - on member records not. Since one registered user can register more participants I need eg. birth day of every registered person...

If you want to have birthday field for each member, you can follow instructions here joomdonation.com/forum/events-booking-ge...-records.html#156044 to configure the field so that it is collected for each member.

Fully understand but in my case - let us make a simple example

Username: Mom email: mom@aol.com register to joomla.
Now she want to register 3 kids to event numer 1
son1, Birthday, T-shirt size
daughter1, Birthday T-shirt size
son 2, birthday T-shirt size
