Not using Registration options at all was created by Richard
Having used this component a few times i really like it and want to use it, initially anyway, on a site which will not take registrations through the component.
So i need to remove the buttons "Register (Individual)" and "Register (Group)"
I cant see how to do this can you give me a prompt please?

Edit the event, set Registration Type to Disable Registration and it will work as you want.

Thanks. Further more, you should Default Registration Type config option to Disable Registration

When you do that, if you create a new event, Registration Type will be default to that value, and you won't have to change it manually each time you create new event. That should save you sometime :)

Yes thanks - i have actually now found the Custom Registration Handle URL - that will take the user to my own contact form which is perfect!

Ah, Yes. I thought you only want to display events without processing registration. Custom Registration Handle URL is perfect solution if you want to handle registration by an external page

Edit the event, set Cut Off Date to a future date (the date you want to except registration until) and it should help

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Show Cut Off Date config option to No and it will be hidden
