Reminder plugin doesn't work?

Hi,

Since the end of september, no reminder mails were sent. The last date for the first reminders is october 1st (october 8 event), for the second september 22 (september 24 event).
Reminder mails were set to 7 and 2 days before the events.
The plugin is enabled and the last timestamp is 1605178845 (yesterday). But for the moment, registration mails work fine, not reminder.
Actually only the first reminder is set to 6 days before the event, the second is disabled.
What is my mistake ?

Hi Robert

Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Reminder Messages tab, find and make sure Second Reminder Email Subject is not empty (maybe you emptied it before to prevent second reminder to be sent)

That's the only reason I can think about this issue

Hi Tuan,

The second reminder is not empty.
I added a cron task this morning and will see if the next mail (on november 18) will be sent or not.
If not, I will use mass mail the next day to send a reminder.

OK Robert. Remember to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Log Emails config option to Yes so that we can monitor the emails sent from the system to know if it works or not

Yes, Tuan, logs are saved for these emails.

Sorry, you meant second reminder emails are also logged?

All emails are logged. That's why I was able to find out the latest mailing dates for the first and second reminder.

Was this issue resolved? I have started remembering to turn on reminders for events, and no email messages are being sent, as far as I know.
* There is a subject for both first and second reminders
* Event Booking Email Logging is on.

You should also go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and make sure Events Booking - Reminder plugin is enabled. Without the plugin enabled, no reminder email will be sent
