Export selected subscriptions only was created by EllyZ

Hi Tuan,

We've noticed that when we select some events subscriptions to export the whole list is exported.
We expected that only the selected events would be exported to excel.
Is there something we've missed?

Hello

You need to press Export Registrants button in the toolbar after selecting registration record and only selected registration will be exported

Hi Tuan,
Thank you, but on frontend this doesn't work.
I get the whole list of registrants for al courses in excel.

Hmm

OK. I will check frontend registrants management to see if I can confirm the issue. If this is a valid bug, I will fix it soon

Did you look at the frontend at the export-function?

We have a user who needs the export-function at the frontend and we are happy if this user can select what to export.
Is this possible?

Hello

Please update your site to latest version of Events Booking, then check it again. If the error still happens, submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to that frontend registrants management page

We will check to see why export selected registrants does not work and get the issue sorted
